My shop uses a mix of made‑to‑order items and items I ship myself from my studio in Oklahoma. No matter which type you order, I keep shipping costs separate from product pricing so my prices stay low and the same whether you buy online or in person.
Made‑to‑Order Items
Many products in my shop — stickers, apparel, prints, and totes — are created and shipped by my production partner, Printful.
- Each item is made just for you when you order
- Orders may arrive in multiple packages
- Production time: usually 2–5 business days
- Delivery time: typically 5–12 business days within the U.S.
- Shipping rates: tiered system built on package weights
Studio‑Shipped Items (Shipped by Me)
A growing number of items are shipped directly from my workbench here in Oklahoma.
- Packed and shipped by me with the same care I put into the art
- Usually ships within 1–3 business days
- Delivery time: typically 3–7 business days within the U.S.
- Shipping rates: based on USPS costs for the package size and weight
If your order includes both Printful items and studio‑shipped items, they’ll arrive separately.
Why Shipping Isn’t Built Into My Prices
Some shops hide shipping costs inside product prices and call it “free shipping.”
I don’t do that. Keeping shipping separate lets me:
- keep prices low
- keep prices the same online and in person
- avoid overcharging customers who buy multiple items
- stay transparent about what you’re paying for
- You deserve to know exactly where your money goes.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many items are made to order, I don’t keep large inventory on hand. That means I can’t accept returns for things like size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
But if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect — I’ll make it right.
For Printful‑fulfilled items, they will replace anything with:
- printing errors
- manufacturing defects
- damage in transit
For items shipped directly by me, I’ll handle replacements personally.
Just send:
- a photo of the issue
- your order number
- a quick description of what went wrong
I’ll take care of the rest.
