Vanishing Point // Photographic Poster
At first glance, it looks like a scene pulled out of a cinematic, high-concept sci-fi movie. A massive, geometric structure piercing through a fog of endless white. I shot this on one of those Okie winter mornings where the cold doesn’t just sit on your skin...it climbs. The fog was thick enough to soften the whole skyline, and when I looked up at the Devon Tower, every line of the building was pulling my eye toward a single place high in the clouds. That’s the moment that hooked me.
In art, a vanishing point is where all the lines converge, where perspective pulls you forward. In this photo, that point isn’t a dot on the horizon; it’s somewhere up in the sky. Somewhere you can’t quite see but you know it's there all the same. This is for anyone who’s ever looked out on a winter day and felt stillness and thought, “okay, this is actually kind of beautiful.”
- Premium Japanese Stock: Printed on a sturdy 10 mil stock (about 0.25 mm) sourced directly from Japan, because the details matter.
- The Right Shine: Features a soft, slightly glossy finish that gives the image just a hint of shine without creating a glaring reflection on your wall.
- Fingerprint-Resistant: Specially coated to stay clean, crisp, and completely smudge-free, even when people can’t resist getting up close to touch it.
I’m proud of this one. Pull it out of the shipping tube, frame it up, and let it bring that same upward pull and quiet clarity into your space.
A small note on how this gets to you: This piece is made just for you the moment you order it, which means it takes a little extra time to land on your doorstep. I’d rather create things on demand than stack up a bunch of extras no one asked for. It keeps waste down and lets every print feel intentional. Thanks for choosing the slower, more thoughtful route.
